STEM Experience is a Guided Pathways to Success Title V grant initiative. Title V is a 3-million-dollar grant awarded by the Department of Education to La Sierra University in Oct. 2019. Title V aims to increase access to science, technology, engineering and mathematics degrees and career opportunities to Hispanic and low-income students across the Inland Empire. The grant assists in increasing enrollment for STEM degrees, enhancing facilities, upgrading equipment, supporting student services that positively affect graduation rates and developing faculty and staffing needs.
