Mission

Mission
The purpose of the Pre-Dental Society is to help prospective dental students with preparation
for dentistry as a career and to facilitate the general understanding of dentistry as a profession.
To accomplish these goals, informational materials will be presented and various events and
activities will be held throughout the school year. Examples of these events include invitation of
guest speakers, tours of dental schools, manual dexterity workshops, local community service,
and the annual Pre-Professional Conference. Regular meetings will be held to determine
additional events and/or activities not listed here.
