Trumpeter Nolan Shaheed to perform at Troesh!

Our featured artist: jazz trumpeter Nolan Shaheed! His past credits include serving as music director for singer/songwriter Marvin Gaye and as lead trumpet for the Count Basie Orchestra. Mr. Shaheed's extensive performance and touring credits include work with such notables as Natalie Cole, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Phil Collins, Miles Davis, and Earth, Wind & Fire.
In addition to his musical talents and achievements, Mr. Shaheed is an accomplished masters athlete and middle-distance runner, holding world records in the 800 meter, 1500 meter and one-mile races.
Jazz luminaries Henry Franklin, bass, Theo Saunders, piano, and Marvin 'Smitty' Smith, drums will join Mr. Shaheed on the PSJ stage.
